The slow-cooked Doteni is full of flavor and has a concentrated umami taste, making it a perfect dish to go with alcohol! The Motsu skewers are a specialty of "Fukuyama Miyadori Hiroya", made by slowly simmering beef in an original miso sauce made with Hatcho miso and red wine as the base!
